August 6-10 CONDITIONING WEEK

(REQUIRED for anyone wanting to play Varsity and Highly Recommended but not Required for anyone playing JV)

 

CONDITIONING WEEK SCHEDULE:

Girls: 

M: 8am-1pm, 

T:  8am-10:30am + 12:30pm-3pm

W: 8am-1pm

Th: 8am-10:30am + 12:30pm-3pm

F: 7am-10am

 

Boys:

M: 8am-10:30am + 12:30pm-3pm

T: 8am-1pm

W: 8am-10:30am + 12:30pm-3pm

Th: 8am-1pm

F: 7am-10am

 

BRING: Plenty of Water, Work out Clothes, Running Shoes, Suit, Towel, Goggles and Snacks/Food for the breaks.

 

TRYOUTS: August 13-22 Weekdays

Girls: 3pm - 5:30pm
