2018-2019 ATHLETIC YEAR

The Athletic Department would like to inform you of several updates:

1. Register online with FamilyID.com for every sport.

2. Every participant will upload a completed Physicians Clearance Form to Family ID. (ONCE PER SCHOOL YEAR)

3. Sign-up for the Summer Baseline Cognitive Test. Please click on the click to sign-up. TLHS Impact Testing Link

4. Kaiser medical exams are given every two (2) years.  Between exams, ask the Kaiser physician to provide a current date next to his/her signature so the medical clearance will be accepted.  This date will be used to determine the length of validity of the medical clearance.

5. Terra Linda will not be holding physicals this year.  If you are not able to get an appointment with your physician, or need referral to a physician, please contact TL’s athletic trainer Kit Holsten at cholsten@srcs.org.

6.  Academic Eligibility:  Students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher (limit of 1-F) for 2 or more quarters.  One time waivers are available for grades 10-12.  If you have eligibility questions please email the Athletic Office.

7. Athletes who “quit” or stop participating in a sport during a season are not allowed to participate in a different sport during the same season.  Students are not allowed to participate in more than one sport per season.

8.  Athletics website update.  Sports schedules, links to MaxPreps MCAL standings for varsity teams, coaches contact information and InstaTeam codes are now located on one page (Team Schedules, Coaches & Instateam Codes )
